TERM OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL RULE

1.1.1 The purpose of this Use Agreement to define the term and condition of use and procedures for the services provided by ExportersEthiopia.com, which is an Ethiopian Business to Business multivendor Marketplace for  export products of Ethiopian Exporters, Manufacturers and Suppliers and International Buyers.

1.2 DOMAIN

1.2.1 ExportersEthiopia.com, as defined in this Use Agreement, refers to the website www.exportersethiopia.com which supports overseas trading activities of Exporters, Manufacturers and Suppliers companies in Ethiopia. As the operating body of the exportersethiopia.com is Exporters Ethiopia, all rights and responsibilities specified in the provisions below that occur between the exportersethiopia.com and members will be imputed in relations of rights and responsibilities between the exportersethiopia.com and members.

1.2.2 These Terms of Use applies to all companies and individuals using website exportersethiopia.com as members of the website exportersethiopia.com, domestic companies, overseas corporations, and foreign companies.

1.2.3 When a member uses the service of this Use Agreement, the act of a person such as the member`s employee, the member`s deputy, etc. who uses the service on behalf of the member will be deemed the act of the member.

1.3 REVISION

1.3.1 Exporters Ethiopia may amend this Agreement by posting any modified or rewritten Use Agreement on the Site at any time.

1.3.2 The revised Terms of Use will not be applied retrospectively before the application date unless otherwise specified.

1.4 OCCURRENCE OF EFFECT

1.4.1 This Use Agreement is effective immediately upon notice. Therefore Exporters Ethiopia considers that the modified or rewritten Use Agreement means you accepted the content of the revised or rewritten Use Agreement simultaneously with your continued use of services.

1.5 RELATIONS WITH APPLICABLE LAW

1.5.1 If the applicable law includes the provisions, which is not described in this TERMS, the contents of the laws shall be followed. In addition, in the event of a conflict between the applicable law and these Terms of Use, the contents of the law shall be priority, and any claim for exemption shall not be held liable under these Terms.

2. SERVICE

2.1 FORMATION OF USE AGREEMENT

2.1.1 If you do not agree with all contents of these Terms, please select "I don't agree". Choose "I agree" if you understand the contents of Use Agreement and would like to use the services provided by exportersethiopia.com. Then exportersethiopia.com will assume that you have agreed to the Use Agreement of the services that this Website provides, and Use Agreement will be concluded.

2.5 PERMISSION TO CHARGING

2.5.1 exportersethiopia.com may charge a fee in accordance with discretionally providing services or the function (features) of the service with respect to the benefits which are always offered to the member at any time.

2.6 TERMINATION OF USE AGREEMENT

2.6.1 Members are free to terminate Use Agreement of the services, after noticing to exportersethiopia.com.

2.6.2 If any member breaches any of the described provision in these Terms of Use, exportersethiopia.com agrees that it deserves the right to terminate or limit use of the service of the member. Regarding any damage of the gobizkorea.com caused by the act of a member while the member use this service, however, the member shall not claim to hold no liability after end of service use.

2.7 HOW TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE FOR USE

3.1.2 Members shall comply with all rules that enact on these Terms of Use and this website.

3.1.4 Members shall be responsible for the loss caused by inaccuracies, failure to update, or error in updating of the registered information at the time of application or posting.

3.4.1 In the event that a member breaches the content of the described provision in these Terms of Use or acts detrimental to the applicable law, or when a member deliberately and effectively interrupts the operation of this website, the member fails to meet the third party's demands or provides false or misleading information, exportersethiopia.com reserves the right to suspend temporarily or terminate the service. 4. TRANSACTION

All lawsuits arising in relation to this dispute are filed exclusively in the courts of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, which have jurisdiction in the Civil Procedure Act of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
